Network Rail has now produced its Strategic Business Plan for England & Wales for CP7 (from April 1st 2024 to 31st March 2029.) It covers four regions and six function business plans. The report also looks at expenditure & income in CP6, and what’s forecasted in CP7 and any variances. 171 pages but well worth the read. You can find a link to the document here https://www.networkrail.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/England-and-Wales-CP7-Strategic-Business-Plan.pdf
