In 2021 Miles Wootton joined our team as a Level 4 Rail Engineering Advanced Technician Apprentice. Then in April 2023 Miles was promoted to Signalling Designer.

Now just 3 years later look at how far he’s come…

Achievements 👏
In 2022, he was awarded the ‘Most Potential Apprentice of the Year’ at the Educationwise Academy & PM Training & Assessing ‘Rail Engineering Business & Digital’ Apprenticeships Awards.

In 2023, he was honoured to be recognised as a RailStaff Awards Finalist, ranking among the top 15 in the UK for the Apprentice or Newcomer of the Year Award category.

In 2024, he was awarded ‘Apprentice of the Year’ by Elev8 Training Ltd
