Going from strength-to-strength Kier has come back to be one of the UK’s leading contractors after collecting the highest tally of work for the second month in August.

£516m spread between 16 projects was secured by the firm as it strengthened its grip on the 12-month Barbour ABI contracts league. Indeed, Kier have been in first position in the league since April.

Kier has also managed to accumulate double the value of projects beating its closest rivals, Bam, Wates and Morgan Sindall & Buckingham Group.
