What skills & qualities do you think it takes to make the next generation of signal engineers? Well, we asked our Engineering Director Michael Hickey to give us his thoughts and here’s what he had to say:

“I believe its instilling the original values from when I started in the industry. As engineers in this industry safety should always be at the forefront of our minds in everything that we do.

Engineers should always show integrity when carrying out their work. Whilst also being accountable for the work they do & knowing the limits of their authority.

A good engineer is always willing to listen and learn new things daily. Having these qualities will not only make them a valued team member but with grit, determination, hard work and a great attitude, then they won’t go far wrong.”
