Contractors have been alerted by Network Rail to the Eastern Routes Partnership Framework worth £3.5bn.  Network Rail is planning a series of contractor briefings ahead of releasing the tender so that bid teams can understand and digest the delivery & required behaviours that are needed for this challenging commercial framework. The Framework is broken down into various lots from Buildings  & Civils worth £1.28bn to Signalling and Telecoms £852m (see below for further details on lots.)

The ERP framework will be divided into lots (see below) but contractors should be aware that the values are estimates only, based on SBP budgets rather than plan values.  So, in essence the values are not guaranteed and do not act as a minimum or maximum project value. Deadline for requests to participate is the 2nd June. With the tender invitations deadline being 31st July 2023.
